Thanks, Marc! I personally read "One Second After" in 2021 - while fictional (and I like to include at least one fiction book on my lists), it helped me write the EMP article I posted in October of 2022: https://emnetwork.substack.com/p/the-not-so-empty-threat-of-an-emp

I still think everyone can be more prepared for the continuity issues from a no-notice, no-electricity incident of national consequence.

I'm also reading "The Gray Rhino" now - so far, so good!
