Given the critical nature of our work, we must invest time in studying leadership philosophy. By gaining a deeper understanding of the various leadership models and philosophies developed over the years, you can gain a deeper understanding of your leadership styles and the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches. This knowledge can help you lead teams more effectively during emergencies, make better decisions, and save lives.
