We are Moving!
Well, sort of. The CEMIR has started its own Substack, which will also have subscriber-based podcasts, research, and analysis. You can still find us here on the EM Network, only briefer.
The CEMIR has started its own Substack, which will also have subscriber-based podcasts (also available via Spotify, Apple and YouTube), research, and analysis. All the prior CEMIR section content from the EMN has been imported there – and future reports (like the ones being done on Swatting/Anti-Swatting) will be ‘previewed’ partially here, and then available in more depth and detail, over at the CEMIR’s site behind the paywall. Subscriptions start at $5 per month or $50 per year.
And as we announce our ‘grand opening’ - we have a discount of 20% off - through May, 2024) - on annual subscriptions now.

Mass Care – Pediatric Feeding Concerns
We are prepping for the upcoming National Mass Care Exercise in Pennsylvania in May 2024. The CEMIR helped get sheltering/feeding teams more up to speed on some pediatric feeding concerns nationwide, which will be addressed as injects into the exercise. At this same time, we have started work on getting emergency managers in Puerto Rico more aligned to this advocacy work, by translating our presentation slides into Spanish. If anyone would like a preview – opportunity to comment on this – please drop Mike a line at info @ bartondunant.com.
More content on CEMIR.org
We continue to add content to the CEMIR.org’s website pages – recently updating the Canadian section with some links to annual EM Reporting from one of the provinces. Please check it out – the site is designed to benefit both practitioners and academics, globally. And if you can volunteer to help curate more links on any of the pages – please reach out to us at emint @ cemir.org, and let us know. Thank you
